Licensed Conveyancer
Kate was originally employed as a conveyancing para-legal, and while working full time at Steele+Co has completed her Conveyancing Law and Practice course which entitles her to practice as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Kate enjoys assisting clients in buying and selling real estate, but particularly finds helping first home buyers very rewarding. Kate has a keen interest in Old Systems title transactions, and provides valuable support to other members of the team in all property matters.
